Shipping & Returns

ORDERING

We offer three payment methods directly through our website.

1. Direct Bank Transfer (Australian users only)
2. Cheque or Money Order (Australian users only)
3. Paypal

You are able to use the Paypal payment method for Credit Card transactions without a Paypal account.

All orders will be attended to as soon as possible and should be posted out within 48hours of receiving the order and payment.
If we do not have an item you have orderd in stock we will then let you know its availability.

POSTAGE
The majority of orders are sent through Australia Post.
We try to keep our postage costs to a minimum, so we endeavour to send the most economical method.
Postage cost is automatically calculated and added to your purchase.
International orders will be sent by Air Mail unless you otherwise arrange. We will let you know costing before despatch.
Parcels may be sent by Registered Post or Express Post if requested, please inform us and we can let you know any additional costs.

Dewdrop Inn Patchwork and Craft cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Please inform us of any special postage instructions.
Please ensure we have a correct address and if you are a regular customer please let us know any changes to your address and other details that may affect your order.

GST
All prices quoted on our website include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST 10%).
International orders are not charged GST, the tax will be removed from your order total at checkout.

RETURNS
Patterns, Books and any cut fabrics, Blocks of the Month Programmes and kits, cannot be returned , so please choose carefully.
Any products found to have any manufacturing defects we will be happy to replace.
Any claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods.
Claims must be reported to Dewdrop Inn Patchwork & Craft within three (3) days of you receiveing the order.
A copy of the invoice must accompany any items that are returned, this will ensure prompt corrective action on our part.

SECURITY
We at Dewdrop Inn Patchwork & Craft understands the importance of being able to shop on-line securely, so we have taken steps to make sure that our customers information is secure and not distributed to any third party. Our secure server encrypts all personal details you send to us.
This process takes all the information and converts it into unreadable codes that are securely transmitted over the Internet.
These codes then can only be understood by your web browser and our secure server. Our site is also hosted in a PCI Level 1 compliant environment.
