When making an order with us we give you three options to how you would like to purchase.

3. Credit Card by Phone (Visa & Mastercard)

If we do not have an item you order in stock we will then let you know its availability.
Our orders will be sent by Australia Post.
We try to keep our postage costs to a minimum, so we endeavour to send the most economical method.
Postage cost is automatically added to your purchase.
International orders will be sent by Air unless you otherwise arrange. We will let you know costing before despatch.
Parcels may be sent by Registered Post or Express Post if requested, please inform us and we can let you know any additional costs.
Australia Post is responsible for the delivery of the parcels.
Please ensure we have a correct address and if you are a regular customer please let us know any changes to your address and other details that may affect your order.
All prices quoted on our website include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
International orders are not charged GST.
Patterns, Books and any cut fabrics, Blocks of the Month Programmes and kits, cannot be returned , so please choose carefully.
Any products found to have any manufacturing defects we will be happy to replace.
Any claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods.
Claims must be reported to Dewdrop Inn Patchwork & Craft within three (3) day of receiveing the order.
A copy of the invoice must accompany any items that are returned.
This will ensure prompt corrective action on our part.
Dewdrop Inn Patchwork & Craft understands the importance of being able to shop on-line securely, so we have taken steps to make sure that our customers information is secure and not distributed to a third party. Our secure server encrypts all payment details you send to us.
This process takes all the information and converts it into unreadable codes that are securely transmitted over the Internet.
These codes then can only be understood by your web browser and our secure server, it would be difficult for anyone else to use your information.
